Erika Zucker Currently holds the position of Senior Social Media Specialist with AvenueCX, and she has been instrumental in elevating AvenueCX’s social media presence and reach.

She graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in communication design. Her approach to content and messaging combines communication design aesthetics with creative innovation.

Initially, Erika specialized in graphic design, animation, 3D modeling, and illustration. Using her passion for communication design, she shifted her career journey to target social media marketing. She took a series of internships that segued into employment in social media strategy, video marketing efforts, and content calendar production.
